Christian Travel Club LLC Terms and Conditions
Thank you for traveling with the Christian Travel Club LLC (“CTC” hereafter). These Terms & Conditions
govern the contractual relationship between you (the “Traveler”) and CTC (the “Service Provider”). When
the Traveler books a trip with CTC, they acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to be
bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Traveler
and CTC, with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations,
and understandings of the parties, written or oral.

Booking
​
A booking is confirmed and these Terms will apply when CTC has received the deposit from the Traveler
and the Traveler has received written confirmation from CTC of such booking. At the time of booking, the
Traveler confirms that they are 21 years of age or over, and agrees to provide full, complete, and
accurate information as requested by CTC to confirm such booking. CTC reserves the right to decline any
booking, at its sole discretion.

Payments
​
We offer two payment options:

2. Auto Payments plans
​
Auto Payment Plan
​
If you opt into the auto payment plan You will receive an email notification 3 days before the payment that
the payment will be charged soon.
​
If your payment fails on the payment date, you will receive an email about payment failure and
instructions on how to update their payment method.
​
If the installment is still not paid by the next due date it will be lumped together with the next installment.
Payment Guidelines
​
1. All payments must be made in full no later than 30 days before the commencement of the trip.
Bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure require full payment at the time of purchase.
No deposit or payment plans will be offered at that time.

2. All payments must be made promptly when due, failure to do so, will be processed as a
cancellation. CTC will contact the Traveler to resolve the issue before it escalates to a
cancellation. If payment has not been submitted by the following payment due date, CTC
reserves the right to cancel the Travelers booking and & retain all paid funds.

3. All trips are priced in United States Dollar (USD). All payments made using other foreign
currencies must equal the value of the trip in USD. CTC is not responsible for any currency
fluctuations.

4. Payment Disputes: Traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their
bank/financial institution in the event that the Traveler can no longer attend trip. In the event that
a chargeback is requested and/or processed, the Traveler agrees to repay CTC for the full
amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Deposit fees are non-refundable
• Cancellations before April 1 st - 50% refund (excluding deposit)
• Cancellation on and after April 1 st - All monies paid will be forfeited.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by written notification and sent to
info@thectclub.com from the lead-named traveler. Subject should state “Full Name
Cancellation Request”.
Passports and Visas
​
International travel requires a passport. The Traveler must verify all requirements, obtain a passport and
all necessary visas for the trip, including all health requirements if any. If you are refused entry into any
country for failing to meet the entry and exit requirements, CTC will not be liable. All visa or passport
information provided by CTC is applicable to U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with the
appropriate consulates to determine if any visas or other documents are needed. For more information on
passport and visa requirements, please go to the U.S. State Department website at www.travel.state.gov.
It is entirely the Traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all passport details supplied to CTC mirror those
details shown on their passport & ID document for all travel trips. CTC is not assuming any obligation or
liability against any consequences of non-compliance or negligence.

Itinerary
​
While every effort is made to keep to the final itinerary, CTC reserves the right to make
changes/amendments for the Traveler’s convenience e.g., in some cases, extreme weather, sickness,
mechanical breakdown, incidents in the location where excursions will be operated, cancellations, strikes,
events emanating from political disputes, and other unpredictable or unforeseeable circumstances which
are beyond the reasonable control. The Traveler acknowledges that booking a trip with CTC, requires
considerable flexibility and permits reasonable alterations. CTC will communicate such amendments and
modifications as they arise.

Flights
​
The Traveler is responsible for purchasing their airline ticket to the host city. The Traveler agrees to
purchase their airline ticket by June 30 th . CTC will be unable to provide roundtrip airport transfer ground
transportation if a flight itinerary is not submitted by this time. In the event the Traveler arrives prior to or
departs from the destination after the scheduled trip dates, roundtrip transportation to/from the airport will
not be provided. CTC is not responsible for any delays caused by the airline, missed flights due to
Traveler error, or otherwise.

Excursions
​
Should the Traveler decide to opt out of an excursion, the Traveler understands that this does not entitle
the Traveler to a refund, partial or otherwise. In the event that a Traveler is late to an excursion, CTC and
the rest of the attendees are not required to wait or delay the excursion. Refunds, partial or otherwise, will
not be provided for any such absence. Should the Traveler not arrive in time to take CTC transportation to
the excursion, they may secure transportation to the excursion at their own expense. The Traveler
releases CTC from any liability stemming from personal property loss, injury, and/or death that the
Traveler may sustain while participating in the excursions.

Accommodation & Transport Liability
​
Any extra expenses incurred whilst staying at the accommodation (hotel) such as room service,
tips/gratuities or charges to the room shall be the responsibility of the Traveler. CTC shall in no way be
liable for these extra expenses. Traveler will be asked to provide a credit card upon check in to the hotel
for incidentals.
CTC has taken the necessary steps to ensure that the health and safety of our Travelers are not
compromised. We are working very closely with our suppliers to ensure that we keep our travelers
informed with the most up-to-date travel restrictions and policies, as they are being updated. CTC acts
only as an agent for Accommodation (hotel) & Transport (transfers & land transport) providers that we use
during our trips. CTC assumes no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident, or irregularity in
connection with any hotel or transport provider.

Travel & Medical Insurance
​
It is a recommended that Travelers obtain personal medical and travel insurance policies. We recommend
you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes a "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage
option to cover your trip. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for
flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your trip for any reason. CTC does not sell
or organize travel/medical insurance. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to obtain these insurance policies if
they choose to.

Grounds for Ejection
​
Conduct. CTC’s priority is to maintain a safe, enjoyable experience for all participants. CTC’s reserves the
right to remove and/or exclude any Traveler from the scheduled activities in the event that Traveler’s
behavior is deemed dangerous or poses a danger to others. Other grounds for trip ejection include
intentionally damaging or defacing property, fighting, usage of abusive language, inappropriate and/or
disrespectful treatment of CTC’s staff, fellow attendees, vendors, tour guides, and/or locals within the
destination. Ejection will be at the Traveler’s expense and does not entitle the Traveler to any refund.
Alcohol Consumption. Traveler agrees to engage in the consumption of alcohol in a reasonable manner
and not to the point of becoming belligerent, violent, or detriment to self, others, property, and/or the
overall trip experience.

Illegal Activity. Traveler agrees to abide by the destination’s local, state, and federal laws and will refrain
from engaging in any criminal activity, including but not limited to the possession, purchase, and
consumption of illicit substances. Engaging in such behaviors will be considered as grounds for ejection.
In the event that a Traveler is incarcerated in the destination country, CTC is under no obligation to
provide bail or otherwise. CTC will make reasonable attempts to notify the emergency contact provided
by the Traveler.

Additional Travelers/Guests. We at CTC encourage socializing and immersion into the local society.
However, it is against CTC policy to bring additional guests to the CTC provided accommodations. The
Traveler agrees not to bring guests to the accommodations for the duration of the trip. Doing so will be
considered as grounds for ejection at CTC’s sole discretion.

Photo & Video Release
​
The Traveler grants CTC and its representatives the right to use photographs and video testimony given
by the Traveler during the trip. The Traveler authorizes CTC and its transferees to copyright, use and
publish photo/videos in print and/or electronically to be used for purposes such as publicity, illustration,
advertising, and web content. The Traveler understands that CTC will not disclose names online or in
printed media without additional expressed written consent from the Traveler.

Force Majeure
​
CTC is not obliged to provide refunds or compensate a Traveler if CTC’s contractual obligations to a
Traveler are affected by “Force Majeure”. Alternative arrangements will be made under these conditions.
Force Majeure means any event beyond our or our supplier’s control, the consequences of which could
not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and
acts of terrorism (and the threat thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak
of serious disease or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, or weather conditions which make it
impossible to travel safely at the travel destination or remain at the travel destination, the act of any
government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, labor
strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable
technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concerned control.

Entire Contract
​
The Terms & Conditions constitute the entire terms of the relationship between the parties (Traveler &
CTC). There exist no other terms, conditions, warranties, representations, guarantees, promises,
undertaking or inducements of any nature whatsoever (whether verbal, written, or electronic) regulating
the relationship and the Traveler acknowledges that he/she has not relied on any matter or thing stated
on behalf of CTC or otherwise that is not included herein.
