Where are we staying?
We will be staying at the Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui
What is the arrival airport?
The arrival and departure airport is Kahului Airport OGG in Maui County, Hawaii.
How will I commute from Tocumen International Airport to my accommodations?
We provide complimentary roundtrip airport transfers to Kahului Airport OGG.
Flights are not included in the package price. Flights are to be purchased separately.
When should I purchase my airfare?
You should purchase your ticket as early as possible for the best possible rates. The deadline to submit your flight itinerary to CTC is June 30th. CTC will be unable to provide group transportation if we do not receive your itinerary by the deadline. We will send additional information as we approach the deadline.
Is a Visa and Passport required?
A passport is not required to enter into Hawaii if you are a US Citizen. If you reside outside of the United States a valid passport is required for entry into Hawaii.
What are the Covid-19 Requirements?
There are no Covid-19 requirements at this time. We will keep you informed as we approach the departure date.
How can I pay for my trip?
We offer two different options to pay for your trip:
(1) Full payment upon booking
(2) $500 Deposit +Installments
Please note that all balances must be paid in full by July 21st.
Will you take payments without my knowledge?
We will never debit your account without your knowledge. Once you opt into the installment option, your account will be debited monthly. You will receive an email 3 days before each installment is debited from your account.
Can I stop you from taking payments even after I’ve agreed to the instalments?
You will be able to stop the payments at any time by emailing email@example.com. Please note that you will be subject to our cancellations policies as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Is this trip refundable?
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Deposit fees are non-refundable
• Cancellations before April 1st - 50% refund (excluding deposit)
• Cancellation on and after April 1st - All monies paid will be forfeited.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by written notification and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org from the lead-named traveler. Subject should state “Full Name Cancellation Request”.
Due to the intimate size of this group trip, preparation, and vendor contract, there will only be partial refunds issued for the 2023 Hawaii Retreat. By purchasing any one of our packages, you acknowledge and agree to our policy. However, if you purchase trip cancellation coverage you forgo the unnecessary worries around what happens if an emergency occurs and you can’t make your trip. www.travelguard.com is one of many providers that offer a variety of coverage, including The Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) option provided that you cancel your trip more than 48 hours prior to your departure, you’re eligible for a full refund.
What insurance coverage is necessary?
Travel insurance is not mandatory but it recommended. We suggest you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes a "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage option to cover your trip. Trip cancellation insurance covers reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your trip for any reason. CTC does not sell or organize travel/medical insurance. It your responsibility to obtain these insurance policies if they choose to.
Do I need to know any other languages to attend this trip?
The primary language in Hawaii is English.
